It helps to unload less fluid bulk materials for easier unloading of bulk materials. This mechanism ensures an even flow of material, reducing the risk of buildup and blockage.

In addition, Silo tipping cement trailers are equipped with a pneumatic discharge mechanism that further increases the unloading speed. Through a fast and efficient unloading process, Silo Tipping cement trailers ensure a very low residual rate after unloading, thus increasing transport efficiency and reducing material waste.

We offer different types of axles for your Cement Trailers. Suitable with 3 Axle with Single Tyre or up to 4 axle with double tyres. BPW, SAF or Chinese axles of their brand, with capacities of 9-12-14-16 tons, drum or disc options.

The SAF axles are top-grade imported axles which use a accurate camshaft to control brake pads’ movements and use a very good technique to apply brake pressure to ensure the brake control works perfect. Furthermore, SAF axle is equipped with finely ground friction pad lining, which ensures the brake shoe is attached well to the brake drum in work. That can ensure a steady, reliable and effective brake power.

Providing stable long-term service and durability. The cement tank vehicles can have two to three axles and each of those axels is able to transport 9-12-16 tons of loads, different weights can depend on the type of brakes used (drum brakes or disc brakes). The axle is centered on the hub , it’s held in place together with 10 other wheel nuts. Additionally, an automatic gap regulator is added to the bulk cement trailers to make it east to control and improve its safety.
